St Joseph the Worker will be taking a 22 passenger bus to Fr Jim Kunkel's 50th Anniversary of Ordination Mass on Sunday, April 30, 2023 at 11:00 am at St Stanislaus Kostka Church, 57 21st Street, Pgh., Pa 15222. The bus will be departing from St Colman at 10:00 am. To reserve a seat call Sue Buchholz at 412-824-5163 or 412-977-6418. We are asking $5.00/per person for this transportation.
St. Joseph the Worker Fish Fry needs your help!! Our Fish Fry and Bake Sale has been very well received and has been very busy! Knowing this, we anticipate the need for many more volunteers over the next six weeks! Please take a moment to sign up to volunteer for a few Fridays to help out! We have many opportunities for you to volunteer: working the line, kitchen help, bake sale and clean up! If our young people need service hours-- the Fish Fry is a great way to get those hours in AND have some fun! We truly appreciate your invaluable help! Are you looking for a way to make your Lent peaceful, purposeful and having a focus on scripture? Join us starting on Ash Wednesday, February 22, 2023 to begin the "Bible In A Year" podcast with Fr. Mike Schmitz. Offered through Ascension Press, this free series will allow you the opportunity to listen to the entire bible in the course of a year.
